1.1. This Privacy Policy has been developed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006, "On Personal Data", and other regulatory acts of the Russian Federation in the field of information protection.

1.2. This Policy determines the procedure for the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, transfer, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of personal data, as well as the measures to ensure its security by Olga Mikhailovna Dubinina, an individual paying the tax on professional income (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator").

1.3. This Policy applies to all personal data processing carried out by the Operator via the website https://english-coach.online/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

2.1. The Operator processes the following categories of User data:

For service provision (processing applications, identifying the User, establishing feedback, agreeing on format/schedule, and executing contracts): name; contact phone number; email address; preferred time and frequency of classes; current English proficiency level; purpose of learning English.

For technical support and security (ensuring Site operation, protection against unauthorized access, and collecting evidence of consent): IP address; browser type and version (User-Agent); time zone; date and time of form submission (Timestamp); technical logs of consent checkbox activation; cookie data.

2.2. The Operator strictly does not collect biometric personal data or special categories of personal data (race, nationality, political views, religious beliefs, health status, etc.).

3.1. In accordance with Part 5 of Article 18 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ, the initial collection and storage of personal data of Russian Federation citizens are carried out using databases physically located on the territory of the Russian Federation (using the services of Yandex LLC).

3.2. The Operator engages Yandex LLC (email management system) and Cloudflare, Inc. (content delivery network and website protection).

3.3. Cross-border transfer: Technical personal data (metadata, IP addresses) is transferred to Cloudflare, Inc. servers in the USA to ensure network security and Site protection. This transfer is carried out after submitting a prior Notification of intent to Roskomnadzor.

4.1. Personal data collected for service provision is processed for the duration of the training agreement and for 3 (three) years after its termination, or until the User withdraws their consent.

4.2. Technical data is stored for 1 (one) year from the moment of collection, after which it is automatically deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

5.1. The User has the right to: receive information regarding the processing of their personal data; demand the clarification, blocking, or destruction of their personal data if it is incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate; withdraw the previously provided Consent at any time.

5.2. To exercise their rights, the User must send a written request to the Operator's contact email. The Operator is obliged to respond within 10 (ten) business days. Upon receiving a withdrawal of consent, the Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 (thirty) days.
