2.1. The Site provides information about customized 1-to-1 English coaching services and allows Users to submit applications or book introductory sessions.

2.2. The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services or the Site at any time without prior notice.

3.1. When submitting forms or communicating with the Operator, the User agrees to provide accurate, current, and complete information.

3.2. The User agrees not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Site.

3.3. The User must not submit any sensitive personal data (such as health information, political views, etc.) through the Site’s free-text fields.

7.2. Disputes shall be resolved through mandatory pre-trial negotiations. If unresolved within 10 (ten) calendar days, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Russian Federation.
